Ani Pavli, FNP-C
Ani Pavli, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, founded BestSelf Primary Care & Medspa with a passion for delivering top-tier aesthetic and wellness treatments. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with cum laude honors from MCPHS University in 2017, Ani continued her education at Simmons University, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. She further specialized in aesthetics by completing advanced training in Botox, fillers, and master lip courses through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
With four years of experience serving the Lawrence community, Ani's decision to establish BestSelf was driven by a deep commitment to providing personalized, holistic care. "I wanted to become more invested in the care and treatment of those I served," she shares. "At BestSelf, I can fully support my patients, offering them individualized, compassionate care that places them at the center of decision-making."
Ani believes that true quality care involves acknowledging each patient's uniqueness and addressing their health, wellness, and illness as a whole. Combining her medical expertise with her passion for aesthetics allows her to help patients look and feel their best, which she considers a dream come true. Ani remains dedicated to continuous learning, ensuring that her patients receive the most up-to-date and compassionate care available.

Ivone Pagan
Ivone Pagan brings over 25 years of experience in practice management to her role as Director of Clinical Operations at BestSelf Primary Care & Medspa. With a deep understanding of skincare and aesthetics, Ivone has spent the last decade refining her skills across various healthcare settings, including family medicine, internal medicine, labor and delivery, and Bellezza by Ani Med Spa.
Before joining BestSelf, Ivone served as Practice Manager at several prominent local primary care practices in Lawrence, including BIDMC and Ghassibi Family Medicine. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that every client enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Ivone's unique blend of medical expertise and management skills makes her an invaluable asset to BestSelf. She is dedicated to keeping the front office running smoothly and supporting the entire team in delivering top-notch care to every patient.
